Disappointing after service

I brought a chair, table and special mouse from this company. After the until service and delivery all was well. Shortly after purchase the chair went wrong . I complained and was left for three months without any real after service. In the end I contacted the chair manufacturer directly and they quickly responded and rectified the problem. I also have a roller mouse with a stuck button. I have now waited in excess of 10 weeks for some action. I was just asked to provide my reciept in order to get the replacement. Despite the person that sold me the item being fully aware it was their product. I would certainly not recommend them purely on the inability to deal with after sales issues in a timely manner. When I tris to escalate the problem the manager told me he needs to wait for the sales team person to retuning from holiday. This was the last I heard from him. The service is shocking!
