The service is decent as a backup option, but you can't be sure it will work as intended until it's too late. The platform sometimes stops backing up, and when you reach out for support, responses can take days. During a recent trip, a 4 TB drive failed, and I contacted the service immediately, but their reply came a week later, just after the drive image had expired. Their response was lackluster... disappointing. Now, another drive has stopped backing up while I'm traveling. I reached out on 11/29, followed up on 12/2, and still heard nothing. Today is 12/9/25, and I'm still waiting.
