The service has stopped backing up files from iCloud or Dropbox without any notification. Had I known, I would have arranged for alternative backups. Additionally, the restore process is frustrating, full of errors and timeouts, making it hard to access lost files. The support is robotic and unhelpful, requiring me to repeat my issues multiple times without any acknowledgment. I'm switching services as soon as possible.
