Making the order was easy, but customer service was a nightmare. I was given the run around via chat and phone call from different people about why my order hasn't sipped, who the carrier was, etc. They always said they would call me back and/or send me an email with tracking information, but never received one. On their online portal, the status was always "order confirmed". It was very frustrating. Then I got a message finally, 14 days later, that the order has shipped...from China...and somehow it was delivered like 3-4 days later. But I was never given a tracking number. Never given any information or help from the the people that Backdrop Source , outsource to in a different country. It was a very very frustrating process and worst thing they GUARANTEED my delivery date when I ordered it, and it was delivered 7 days after the guaranteed day, so I had to improvise for my event. Uncalled for and very unprofessional.
