The product is excellent, but it takes 24 hours to get updates back from design and I ended up just designing myself. Also, I paid for the tower with the motor and it didn't deliver with the tower. I had to let them know and they told me I would need to source that locally. I am still waiting on them to get back to me or to send me a refund.
The experience with Backdropsource has been great, but the choice to use DHL as the delivery carrier has been challenging. This is the second time DHL has delivered a package after hours and left it outside our front office door. Fortunately, both times the packages were still there when we arrived the following morning, but this does create a risk for loss or damage.Your product quality and customer service continue to be excellent — our only concern is the reliability of DHL’s delivery practices.
