I order trade show items regularly from places like this one, but I've never ever had an experience this HORRIBLE. 2/12: I place the order, told it will arrive no later than 2/24. (My final need-by date for an event is 2/27)2/20: Still no tracking, they're extremely vague about it, saying they'll try to make sure it arrives by 2/27. 2/24: Still no tracking, I push, they claim it shipped from Las Vegas, is in transit and I'll have tracking that day. 2/25: Still no tracking, told I'll have it in 2 hours.2/26: Still no tracking, wait 1 hour 52 minutes on live chat, I find out they never even made it. Told it will be made and will ship out that day. Have address changed to hotel for event. 2/27: They still didn't even make it yet. Told it's being made and shipping out that day, expedited to arrive 3/2 or 3/3. 2/28: Still no tracking, told it shipped out, but not expedited, will arrive to hotel 3/6 (after event is over). 3/1: Still no tracking. 3/2 (today): I blow a gasket. I FINALLY get a tracking number. It says a label was created THAT DAY in CHINA. There never was a shipment from Las Vegas. At this point I have spoken to half a dozen employees who lied to me about the shipment. Not only will it miss the entire event it was made for, I don't even trust that I'll ever receive it at all.
