i bought a limited edition light and the worker who emailed me was very respectful and continuesly updated me on what was happening with my product im so exited it finally arrived it was a good price for a all quality lighter that’ll last a lifetime thank you to everyone on the BackFire team.
The product is truly outstanding, and I received a lot of positive comments while using it to light candles at gatherings or fireworks. The flame's intensity is fantastic. I did encounter a minor issue with my unit, but the support team was among the best I've experienced. I communicated my concern and received prompt responses with troubleshooting suggestions until we resolved it. Absolutely a 10/10!
I can only comment on the lighters since I don't use incense, but the one I received was of very high quality and functioned as advertised. I did encounter what seemed like a significant problem when the handle for igniting the lighter broke. I reached out to the support team, not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by their prompt reply. They provided a detailed video explaining the potential issue and how to resolve it, which worked flawlessly. The product itself is robust, but it’s the exceptional customer service that inspired me to share this review. Great store.
