Received a faulty device, returned it for repair, was told that the device had been replaced (which it hadn't), Backmarket then retracted this and offered me a refund if there were any further issues. I had worsening issues with the laptop, which obviously wasn't inspected at all the first time, but Backmarket now refusing to refund. Avoid. Definitely do not recommend wasting your money with these scammers.
