I ordered an iphone 15 pro from back market. It had a delivery issue and it’s been 1 month since I paid 500 pounds. Still don’t have my phone and they won’t do anything about it except send generic AI messages telling me to wait. It’s insane I feel I’ve been scammed.
Do Not Trust This Seller
I purchased my iPhone 16 in November 2025 from Black Market. Recently, I experienced an issue with the phone and contacted Apple directly for support.
To my surprise, I was informed that the device sold to me is a Chinese model, not a UK model as expected. This was never made clear at the time of purchase.
Very disappointed to discover this after the fact. Buyers should be aware and double-check exactly what model they are receiving.
Two phones that didn't work and have had to be sent back. One was locked despite being advertised as unlocked. Really slow and poor/non-existent help support in each case.
Shipping problems from their side. Phone had not arrived, they refunded to their credit. It arrived late and I let them know. I then have been told to ship bac, instead of just paying again as I was very willing to do. Just a logistical nightmare.
I brought and returned a s20 samsung phone
I returned it because I couldn't charge it i was told id get a refund and if not back market would refund
After many emails and now no one replying to me im considering going to a small claims court
I would not recommend back market and im so disappointed with the way they have conducted themselves
Plus I paid an extra £5.00 for faster delivery only to receive it on the day for free delivery
So I could of saved myself £5.00

Purchased a ps5 the condition was meant to be perfect that says no scratches or anything like that on receipt of delivery I opened it up to be in poor condition. Slightly cross due the fact that we have to pay a black market fee to ensure product meets there requirements and standards of that device but why are they allowed to sell these if that’s the case
If I could score this company minus that would be appropriate.
Ordered a camera from them...Reflex D5500 - Black + Nikon AF-S Nikkor DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR f/3.5-5.6
It came with the wrong lens so is not as advertised. Paid more for the camera on the basis it had a better lens than all the other camera listed and have me royally ripped off. I have emailed, contacted them on chat multiple times over 3 days and no reply.
No telephone number you can call. Absoulte SCAMMERS AVOID.

This time it was a Samsung Galaxy A9 tablet. It was marked as excellent condition but when it arrived it was new in it's box! What a huge saving! I didn't think I could be more impressed but I am! I'd already saved £100's of pounds on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. Great service and great backup! Save the planet and save money!

We decided iphones too technical for us so we returned it. Process was easy and customers services was great helping my husband through refund process.
