I ordered an iPad 10 days prior to going away on an overseas trip and estimated shipping was 2 days later. I followed up when it didn't arrive, then another 2 times as time was marching on, and after a week I was told "the item is now out of stock so they are unable to ship your order". This seems incompetent, at best. Don't accept orders for stock that you don't have! It is inconvenient and frustrating for the customer.
