Currently in a dispute with backmarket because I bought an Iphone 14pro and it has had catastrophic systematic failure just 1 month out of warranty. The warranty period was 1 year, but 1 year and 1 month later the phone has just started displaying pink boxes and pink screen fractures which come and go away. I can screenshot the pink screen fractures and they show up on pictures and screen records. I have been going back and forth with backmarket, showing them that even apple suggests it's a full rear replacement needed and not a screen issue. I showed them the error logs which says clearly, ''GPU bug 284'' - ''MMU interrupt'', which shows the problem is with the GPU, software or hardware. They have rejected all of this and keep asking for more proof, so I am thinking of escalating this to court. The worst part is that I requested documentation to see if the phones internal parts were genuine and behold they were. BUT the phone is graded a C on that document. Why is that a problem? Because I ordered a backmarket, ''good'', which when I go to the sellers website would correspond to a grade B. The seller says that grade C is the worst possible device available, backmarket good is not the worst possible device available and should correspond to a grade B. This now means on top of proving inherent hardware issues I am now going to be pursuing false advertising and misdirection all based of of consumer rights laws. The person helping me has been useless, I am offering mountains of evidence and they are not trying help. They are protecting mazuma mobile who has clearly played games and is playing games now. I ordered a good quality phone and you sent me the worst quality possible, but I have documentation from you to prove that... All I wanted was a free repair, but now it looks like I will be pushing for much more.
