The company labels this as 'new' because it charges to 100%, which is highly deceptive. A genuinely new battery should have virtually no cycles. When I raised my concerns, the support team justified their terminology without addressing the actual issue. This feels very close to a scam. I've been charged extra for a battery that is not new at all. Using misleading definitions to avoid fulfilling promises is unacceptably low. I will not purchase again.
