I’ve had a terrible experience with Back Market. Ordered a phone on Nov 7 for Nov 11 delivery. First of all, I was charged twice once for 338 Euros, right after for 380 Euros. PayPal agreed that these were fraudulent charges. I wrote Back Market but they never responded. Sent me many email that the phone was on its way, but as the 22nd it has not arrived. I’m starting to believe that the whole deal is a scam
