I used to be very sceptical about this website but when my daughter needed a decent laptop I decided to try a used high end model instead of a new budget laptop of the same price. It has been a great decision, the Lenovo Carbon X1 was over €2000 just a few years ago now bought for a fraction of the price.
I purchased a device from Back Market that arrived faulty and have been completely let down by their service. Despite repeatedly explaining that I cannot access their suggested courier drop-off points, I was sent confusing instructions, links, and different courier options over and over again. My requests for a simple solution—a prepaid home collection or a refund—were ignored. After weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution, I am left stressed and frustrated. This has been an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience.
The PS4 arrived very quickly, well packed and will high quality cables.Upon opening and testing, it worked perfectly, I could see there weren’t any surprises re description and everything was as expected.While it costed me slightly more than what I saw from domestic sellers, it is really not much considering the peace of mind I get buying from Back Market. It has been consistent and always a 10/10
