I bought a Samsung s20+.After 6 months a green light appeared in the screen without any crash. I activated the repair service and sent the phone back. They said it was my fault (no further technical explanation was given) so it was out of warranty. I even asked for a paid repair service and they did no give any option. So summarising a paid 450 euros for an "almost new" phone, I installed an screen protector and a spigen cover protector since day 1 but and now I have to look for a new device. 100% disappointed with the service and product.
