I have ordered a laptop on September 2 2024. Still didn’t received it. The delivery should be done between 4-5 of September. But nothing happened. The seller does not answer. The backmarket is not a company I would ever recommend as they can’t solve the problem, they can only write letters with 0 value info like “thank you for your patience blablabla”. They charge for the service, they should control the process but they don’t care. I asked them for money back at September , 6 but still have these stupid letters and nothing is changed. Scammers.
