It’s the worst!!! Terrible service—everything used to work perfectly, but lately, it’s been the worst. I bought a pair of AirPods, and they broke within a month. I had to return them, and they couldn't be repaired. They refunded me, but only for the product, not for the shipping. Then I bought another pair from them because I urgently needed them for work, and I've been waiting for a month for them to arrive, even though it said they would arrive in three days. No one is helping me; they keep sending automated responses! It’s so frustrating! Don’t buy from Back Market!!!
