The phone itself was in very good condition and arrived swiftly; however, the earphones were faulty, but wasn't an issue for me. The main issue was two months before the 2-year warranty expired, the phone suffered from the famous "green screen of doom". I contacted Back Market to get the ball rolling on a warranty repair but was told that because the seller was no longer on their platform, they will not honour the repair but will offer a refund instead. This refund was extremely limited, only if the phone was not connected to any account or had any damage of any kind?! I obviously couldn't factory reset the phone because the screen was unreadable. There was also damage on the rear of the phone, but had not affected the operation of the phone. So they denied a warranty repair and the refund?! Awful way to treat their customers
