I originally ordered a laptop from them less than a year ago. Everything was perfect, delivery was fast, I didn't have any issues whatsoever and I loved the laptop. I used it everyday - gaming, hobbies, studying, documents - you name it. Then, at around the 7-8th month mark, it started having severe battery issues. As it was in its first year since buying it, I decided against opening the laptop myself or sending it to a local shop for repairs, and instead decided to go through the BackMarket repair system.So, I send back the laptop with all the documents, everything goes smoothly and it gets to the seller in record time. Then, I get no updates. I keep asking customer support for them, and they always reply to me extremely late, and at most once a day. More than 5 days pass, and the seller still hadn't given any update. They didn't even reply to customer support at all. I was appalled at this.They gave me a full refund, and all I wanted at this point was just my laptop back. I could've repaired it by my goddamn self. The refund was bare minimum, especially for the price I paid for it, and the nightmare of an experience they had me go through.Not even two weeks pass, and now would you look at that. The same seller who wouldn't respond is selling my exact same laptop, at the exact same condition, but for a higher price. What am I to believe, if not that they abused the return system and that BackMarket allows that? I tried contacting customer support again and all they said was that it can happen when the repair costs too much. But it wasn't about repairs costing too much initially. They didn't even reply AT ALL.I was initially very happy with their service and now I cannot regret it any more than I already do. I seriously wish I had just taken matters into my own hands instead of sending these damn scammers a 1500€ laptop back.
