Fake Deals

I tried to buy a refurbished laptop, I payed the amount given alla my personal data to fullfil the purchase and then after 2 days i received an e-mail with the refund. In the meanwhile I did not tale other offers in other website and lost time.

Impossible to contact customer service for involuntary order cancellation but by system

With an order cancelled not by us but by the platform, but charged, we are unable to obtain a refund after 5 days. We are unable to contact customer service: 1) the support section for the specific order is not visible from the store; 2) the public helpdesk form for orders already placed does not allow sending; 3) there are no usable email addresses or links.
