I ordered a device to be sent to a service point since I was at work on delivery day. When I picked it up, the package was empty, and I reported the issue. Despite providing evidence, I was accused of 'fraudulent activity.' I suspect the employee at the service point took it, but proving that is impossible. If you want to avoid stress, think twice; this company will not support you. This has been one of the most stressful experiences I've had lately. If you're not careful, you might lose your device and still have to pay full price. It's quite disappointing. If you have to pick up from a service point, refuse delivery if the package feels too light, unlike I did after a long day at work. I was eager to try the new features, but this has left me feeling frustrated. I would give it zero stars if I could. This is an honest review.
