A week later, I received an automated message stating they had issued a refund that could take 'up to 5 working days.' This has stretched the process to over 2 weeks, and I still have no phone. I've been in contact with their customer service the whole time. Initially, they were responsive, but their replies became slower and increasingly robotic. The phone I ordered shows as in stock, which only adds to my frustration.
