I wish I had never heard of this company! I traded in an iPhone XS by following their trade-in instructions exactly, but have had no acknowledgement or payment. I also bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max from them but it freezes so I tried to ask for a refund but the website won’t recognise my Account details so I can’t access the complaints section. So annoying!!!
