My trade in was confirmed by email and I was given a date of when I could expect payment into my bank account.5 days later I received another email asking me to post my phone or the offer would be rescinded.So now I have no phone and Backmarket have said they have not received the phone yet, this after they told me that they had received the phone and payment wass pending.
