I ordered the Emily backpack for my son to start secondary school in September. Within weeks the insides were all falling apart. My son has asked for a new backpack because of this. The product description states clearly that it's built sturdy for daily use. It's one of the reasons I got this backpack and used this website. I contacted them mad even offered to top up the difference if they could give us a backpack that will last longer than a few weeks. Their response was that 'the compensation period has passed' I wouldn't advise buying from them if your reason for buying is durability.
