Claims to offer "fast" delivery, but what they don't mention is that everything is shipped from overseas, resulting in lengthy wait times. I've been waiting for two weeks with no updates or reliable tracking information. When I reached out, I received an automated response with a standard reply. Definitely not recommended!

Terrible experience – A nightmare

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 3rd, and it still hasn’t arrived. Attempts to cancel or get a refund have been met with lies and refusals. Their customer service is nonexistent, completely ignoring consumer rights and urgency, especially since it was a Christmas gift. This disreputable company shows utter contempt for customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are many other services that respect orders and the law.
