I brought a wallet with shoulder straps. But I got a wallet without straps and totally different to the one that was advertised. My husband paid £20 for his wallet which was what he wanted . I paid £25 for the one advertised but I received the same as my husbands in a different colour. I asked for a refund or exchange for the correct item. This has been going on for over a week. The outcome is it’s the right item that was sent even though I’ve sent videos and pictures as they requested. The only way I can have a refund is to pay upto £30 return. I personally would stay as far away as you can from this site. It’s a total scam. The only option I have to get 20% £5 refund so I lose £20 and it’s their fault. Where are my rights as a customer?
