I ordered a real leather, crossbody bag. It took about 2 weeks to arrive! NOT fast delivery as advertised.The bag was really awful quality, it doesn't look like Leather, the colour is dreadful and not as advertised.Customer services won't send me a refund, and I believe they've not sent the bag advertised. I've just been told I can purchase another bag of the same value for just £9.95.With the words"Many customers choose this option to avoid the hassle of returning the item, and I think this might be a great solution for you as well."As if this happens very frequently!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!
