I have recently completed the wonderful Level 2 Diploma in Digital & IT Skills and found the course to be highly beneficial. The programme was divided into modules, covering Digital Skills, Social Media, Presentations, Computer Programming, Networking & IT Support, and Databases & Spreadsheets. Although the course was extensive, our tutor, Michelle Williams, was able to break down the material into manageable segments, making the content more accessible. We were encouraged to work collaboratively in groups and engage in discussions, which enhanced the learning experience.The course has equipped me with valuable skills and increased my confidence in applying these new competencies. Michelle Williams was an excellent tutor; her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and she was always available to answer any questions. Overall, I found the course to be both enjoyable and productive, and I am confident that the knowledge gained will serve me well in the future.
