I have recently completed the wonderful Level 2 Diploma in Digital & IT Skills and found the course to be highly beneficial. The programme was divided into modules, covering Digital Skills, Social Media, Presentations, Computer Programming, Networking & IT Support, and Databases & Spreadsheets. Although the course was extensive, our tutor, Michelle Williams, was able to break down the material into manageable segments, making the content more accessible. We were encouraged to work collaboratively in groups and engage in discussions, which enhanced the learning experience.
The course has equipped me with valuable skills and increased my confidence in applying these new competencies. Michelle Williams was an excellent tutor; her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and she was always available to answer any questions. Overall, I found the course to be both enjoyable and productive, and I am confident that the knowledge gained will serve me well in the future.
Highly recommended. If you want to change career, especially if it is in the digital world, this is the place to learn it. I could do it from the comfort of my own home. It did give my brain quite the workout. I did Digital and IT skills level 2 and now I know where my strengths are and look forward to progressing them. Thankyou so much Michelle Williams, my tutor, for your patience, understanding and for being so down to earth. You are a gem to back2work. You need a pay rise!
Can't say a single thing to have been improved for my experience. My tutor, Michelle, gave 150% effort to each day despite her own concerns away from the course, making sure that each learner had all of the support and resources to get though each assessment with as little stress as possible. The course features a healthy mix of practical assessments working on several programs that one would use in their career working in the industry, along with some written assessments sprinkled in (never more than 5 or 6 questions, takes up perhaps 20% of all assessments)Shame I can't give 6 stars or more
I could recommend Back2Work for anyone looking to complete a course the time and dedication provided by this company is great. You can also guarantee you will leave with extra qualifications no matter your walk of life due to the effort made by the tutors

I cannot recommended this course highly enough! Back2Work (now LEEP) course has been brilliant! A full month of 9-5 day studies with both theory and practical assignments. Using software used in real life such as Packet tracer, Trello and PenTest. A lot to absorb but tutor Anshul was great as was peer support. Our class was about 15 or so in size which enabled group work, and also work submissions were via VLE an internal software, very intuitive.
