I enrolled into level 1 Express Logistics and Carbon/Energy Awareness course. My experience during the period of learning was astounding. Starting from the introductory of learning ethics, the British values and then the course contents of express delivery skills with knowledge of health and safety as well as knowledge of legislation. Though online but I felt as if I was in the physical class. The learning materials were adequate for learning reference. My tutor approach was exceptional beyond my expectations as he was able to carry me along and ready to ensure good understanding of every topic. His communication and teaching style must have encouraged our steam to carry on as the assessments were very tasking. I cannot complete my experience during the course without appreciating the maturity and cordiality in class throughout the course. Finally, my enrolment team relationships was motivating and no word can express my acknowledgment of all than, THANK YOU.
