I recently completed the B2W Digital and IT Skills Diploma Level 2 and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the course content. The source material was excellent and well organised, up to date and very helpful for building real digital and IT confidence. This was the tutor's first cohort and while she was friendly and approachable, the sessions sometimes felt like they could have benefited from a bit more support and classroom experience. I would have happily contributed more as a resource, as collaboration can make lessons even more engaging. There were also a few challenges with classroom dynamics, as some learners frequently arrived late or weren’t fully focused, which made it harder for the tutor to keep the group on track. With more experience and stronger group participation, I believe the overall learning atmosphere could improve significantly. Overall, the course has great potential thanks to its strong materials and structure. With a little more classroom confidence and consistency, it could become an outstanding learning experience for future students.
