The course delivered my expectations almost perfectly. Every session was very concise and got to the point of what we needed to do to answer the questions that we needed too for the assessments. The course also provided amazing resources to fall back on if we needed to recap on anything, even including pre-recorded videos with links to resources we can use for each question individually. My only feedback in terms of the course is maybe some better planning as we would jump between units 1 and units 6 from day to day. This is fine and I understand why as they are doing it in conjunction of a delivery schedule that helps us understand previous units easier by getting knowledge of later ones. However, I think this would be better organised if the units were switched around instead. Other than this very small thing though I had a great experience with Back2Work and was given enough allocated time to finish all of my assessments with plenty of communication and feedback for each one to help steady along with the course and get the qualifications advertised. Would highly recommend them if looking for qualifications.
