Its a scam.You apply for a job, they contact you and tell you you can join a 4-week training on contact centre and then they will help you get a job. After 2 months of completion, still waiting for the job position, not just me, also other 4 people that I still stay in contact with. We were supposed to get 3 diplomas, only got the first one, still waiting for the other two. Its a complete waste of time . We were ment to be staring at the screen without doing anything for several hours, but if you left they will kick you off the training.
