I’ve recently applied for a role with this company via Indeed, I wondered what was wrong when filling in the application as it took me to a portal without submission of a CV. Today Debs has emailed from this company, a job title attached however they’re offering me 3 courses which are covered by employer naturally anyways. There is no job offer, it’s a recruitment campaign for them to secure funding for providing training. It seems to be a running theme and you have to ask yourself why be dishonest about it. Is the training sector so bad that recruitment has to come from dishonest practices and the promise of possibly an interview. Seems wrong!
