However, after paying the deposit nearly a year in advance, I fell ill and communicated my discomfort about proceeding. I received a quick reply stating the deposit was non-refundable, lacking any empathy. I understand policies but believe six months' notice is fair. My attempts to negotiate were met with poor service, and I do not recommend this clinic for cosmetic procedures due to their lack of compassion toward medical conditions.
