Honestly quite disappointed with Badge Health overall. The aftercare sounded promising at first, but when I actually needed support a few times, responses were really slow and felt quite generic — not the personal attention I was expecting. The surgeon explained things okay during the consultation, but afterwards I still had several unanswered questions and didn't feel fully at ease. The results so far are just average, nothing special, and healing has been slower and more uncomfortable than I was led to believe. Wouldn't really recommend it based on my experience — felt a bit let down for the price paid.
I decided to move forward with breast enlargement surgery after spending months researching different clinics and reading countless reviews. Initially, my communication with the clinic was quite positive. They were responsive, answered most of my questions, and made the process seem straightforward. This gave me enough confidence to book the procedure.
However, once I arrived, the experience felt somewhat different from what I had expected. The coordination on the day of surgery felt a bit rushed, and I didn’t feel as thoroughly informed as I would have liked. While the staff were polite, there wasn’t much time dedicated to addressing last-minute concerns in detail. I understand that clinics can be busy, but when it comes to surgery, reassurance and clarity are extremely important.
The surgery itself went ahead without major complications, but my recovery period was more uncomfortable than I had been prepared for. I felt that post-operative guidance could have been more proactive. I often had to reach out first with questions instead of receiving regular check-ins.
As for the results, they are acceptable but not exactly what I had envisioned. There is a slight asymmetry that I notice, even if others may not immediately see it. It’s not a disastrous outcome, but it’s also not the “best experience” I was hoping for.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I do think there is room for improvement, particularly in communication and aftercare. For such a personal and significant procedure, those aspects really matter.

I received a quick reply stating the deposit was non-refundable, lacking any empathy. I understand policies but believe six months' notice is fair. My attempts to negotiate were met with poor service, and I do not recommend this clinic for cosmetic procedures due to their lack of compassion toward medical conditions.
I went here for breast implants and an uplift with a surgeon who communicated well and understood my desires. He did not fail to deliver, and I am very happy with the results. The staff at the hospital were attentive, even though they didn't speak much English. The taxi drivers were friendly and ensured I was comfortable. The hotel was beautiful with lovely staff and great dining options. I received excellent care throughout and would definitely return in the future.
I had a wonderful experience with the clinic. I underwent butt implant removal, and they were quick to respond and very informative. They were never pushy from the start. We were picked up from the airport and taken straight to a lovely hotel. Our coordinator was very kind and stayed with us until surgery time. I healed well, had a few concerns, but the aftercare team was responsive and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!
