I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my situation with the clinic has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to aftercare and communication.
At the beginning, everything seemed quite organized and professional. The staff were friendly during the initial stages, and the process leading up to the procedure felt reassuring. However, my experience changed significantly once the treatment was completed and I returned home.
Since November, I have been trying to get answers regarding a few concerns about my results. I contacted the clinic several times through both WhatsApp and Instagram, hoping to receive some guidance or clarification, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far. This has been very frustrating, especially when you expect some level of follow-up support after a medical or cosmetic procedure.
What concerns me most is the lack of communication rather than the procedure itself. When patients invest both financially and emotionally into a treatment, they naturally expect that the clinic will remain available for questions afterwards. Even a short reply or acknowledgement would have made a big difference.
During my stay I also spoke with a few other patients who mentioned similar difficulties in getting responses after returning home. I cannot speak for their individual cases, but it made me feel that my experience might not be an isolated one.
At this stage, I am still hoping to receive proper communication from the clinic so that my concerns can be addressed in a professional way. Clear and responsive aftercare is extremely important in building trust between patients and clinics.
For now, I simply want to share my experience so others are aware of the importance of aftercare support when choosing where to have treatment.
