I ordered on December 3, expecting dispatch within 3-5 working days and an email notification. After not hearing anything, I emailed them to inquire and was informed they couldn't keep up with orders, meaning my item wouldn't arrive until January. This is unacceptable, especially since it was meant as a Christmas gift. They offered a £10 gift card for waiting or a full refund to a gift card with an extra £10, which I declined. After requesting a full refund, they stopped responding. I then checked reviews and saw many others had similar experiences. I’m now seeking a refund through my bank and advise others to avoid this company. Even those who receive their items report poor quality.
