I placed an order for some clothing as a Christmas gift for my son on December 12th, and now it's January 15th without any updates. I spent over £140, and the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this service again!
Like many others, I find this company to be quite disappointing. Their customer service is practically non-existent; I've sent two emails and received no replies. I ordered at the beginning of December, and now it's the 19th with no hope of receiving my items before Christmas. The name 'BAD' seems fitting!
I've purchased many items from this company in the past and was always satisfied, but due to their current treatment of customers, I won't be buying from them again. I placed my order on November 30, expecting it to ship within 3-5 business days, but that time passed without any updates. After emailing them, I was told there was a backlog from the sale and it would take 10 working days. That time came and went too. I emailed again and was informed it was now a 14-day turnaround. When I asked if it would arrive before Christmas as it was a gift, they assured me it would be dispatched that week. However, I later saw on their social media that nothing would ship in time for Christmas. I was offered a refund or a gift card, and their social media team even commented casually about the situation. It's disheartening, and I recommend looking for other clothing options that treat customers better.

This is my third order from this company, and unfortunately, the quality of the t-shirts and prints has significantly declined. They now feel thin and cheap compared to my previous purchases. After not hearing anything, I emailed them to inquire and was informed they couldn't keep up with orders, meaning my item wouldn't arrive until January. This is unacceptable, especially since it was meant as a Christmas gift. They offered a £10 gift card for waiting or a full refund to a gift card with an extra £10, which I declined. After requesting a full refund, they stopped responding. I then checked reviews and saw many others had similar experiences. I’m now seeking a refund through my bank and advise others to avoid this company. Even those who receive their items report poor quality.
I ordered a hoodie on November 21 and have yet to receive any updates or dispatch details. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. I've sent multiple emails seeking information, but I've received no replies. The customer service is appalling; please avoid this company at all costs. I'm now trying to get my money back through my payment provider and will not be ordering from them again, especially while they continue to advertise on social media.
