I ordered and payed for a hoodie which was for an upcoming trip. Much to my dismay is when I received the confirmation it said the hoodie would not ship for at least two months as it was a preorder which was not communicated when the order was placed. After this happened the customer service was not good as whenever you phoned all you get is voicemail and they didn’t respond at all or for several day, same thing with the email option. Finally they told me if I ordered a different colour it would be shipped promptly so I went ahead with that option. After several weeks and not seeing any shipping confirmation I finally after several attempts received a reply saying it would not be shipped for another 6 weeks as again it was a preorder. Obviously they had lousy communication between the customer service and logistics team. I finally got my money back but literally had to spend a few hours with all the waiting for responses etc. This was my first and last order, they really need to communicate quicker and have all the relevant information correct.
