Review Time
I'm an impatient person but wasn't that long of a wait I ordered it February 12 and it arrived March 1. I'm pretty sure it was an international order. It didn't ship locally because it's not the 4.0 it's the 3.0 and so far I absolutely love it. It's warm. It's everything I wanted and expected very well constructed. I got it on clearance for $49.95. I wanted to see the quality before I spent the money on the 4.0 and I really am glad I did if the 4.0 is better than the 3.0 I'll really be impressed with a fantastic product.
The jackets are amazing and everyone I got them for loved them. I am considering ordering for my employees in the Fall. BUT THEIR RETURNS ARE HORRIBLE! I HAVE ONE COAT I ORDERED THAT IS TOO BIG, I JUST NEED THE SIZE DOWN - FROM XL TO L AND THEY SENT ME A RETURN NUMBER, BUT NO WHERE TO SEND IT, NO MAILING LABEL, NOTHING. SO HERE I SIT WITH A COAT WEEKS LATER THAT I WANT TO RETURN BUT FEAR SENDING ELSEWHERE AND ARE NOT SURE IF THEY WILL SEND ME MY REPLACEMENT. AT THIS POINT WINTER IS OVER. I WOULD RATHER SEND BACK TO A PARTICULAR PLACE AND GET A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. IT IS ASHAME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS TOGETHER AS MUCH AS THEY DO THEIR PRODUCT.
I placed an order in November 2025. It took several weeks to arrive. I ended up with an extra hoodie and needed to exchange one I bought on an upsale- so $150 worth of sweatshirts- and it took me 10 attempts at calls and emails for someone to email me back with the address to return the products to. I have tracking information from USPS that proves they received the refund almost a month ago and despite at least 10 more attempts of emails, customer support request forms, and leaving a message I have not received my refund yet. I am very disappointed and angry at this point and would really like anyone there to help right this.
Great product once it arrived, but the exchange process needs improvement.
The hoodie itself is excellent: warm, comfortable, and well made. My wife has one and loves hers, which is why I ordered one as well.
That said, my initial order arrived in the wrong size, and the size exchange process took far longer than expected. Communication around the return and tracking could have been clearer, and the delay meant I didn’t receive the correct item until late in the season.
To their credit, customer support did ultimately step in and resolve the issue, and the correct size was shipped. The product quality is there; tightening up the exchange and communication process would make the experience match the price point.
As they said, they are human too.

Been an outdoors man all my life, now in my 60 s, in various parts of the world, and UK (Scotland and Lake District). Have tried just about every wet and cold weather garment there is.
Had my doubts about Baerskin, but caved in to the marketing hype.
However, 3 in 1 hoodie and rain jacket not great.
Rain jacket ok if you're walking the dog or sitting on a river bank, but no use for outdoor work, beating, etc.
Thin material with little ruggedness.
Hoodie not windproof or warm in temperatures below 10°c.
Hoodie sizing way off too. Bought Large but fits like XL/2XL.
Without knowing the proper size they were able to quickly give me my measurements that I needed for the jacket. It fits very well. I love the idea that it’s going to be totally waterproof and the colour is exceptional. Thanks again,
I had ordered my coat in December and I would not receive it0. So then I kept emailing Bearskin, they kept in touch, but no coat. Finally received my coat today. Very nice coat and feels warm. Thank you for not forgetting about me.
I just received my hoodie and rain jacket. The quality and fit are superb. So good I had to order more first time out I was getting compliments on how good it looked. That never happens
Customer service! My mail delivery guy obviously misdelivered my order. I was wondering when it would arrive and had not received it. It was delivered according to USPS records. I contacted Baerskin and they promptly sent a new shipment at no charge. That was my second order with them. I was already impressed with the quality and function of my gear.
