I placed an order in November 2025. It took several weeks to arrive. I ended up with an extra hoodie and needed to exchange one I bought on an upsale- so $150 worth of sweatshirts- and it took me 10 attempts at calls and emails for someone to email me back with the address to return the products to. I have tracking information from USPS that proves they received the refund almost a month ago and despite at least 10 more attempts of emails, customer support request forms, and leaving a message I have not received my refund yet. I am very disappointed and angry at this point and would really like anyone there to help right this.
