I'm an impatient person but wasn't that long of a wait I ordered it February 12 and it arrived March 1. I'm pretty sure it was an international order. It didn't ship locally because it's not the 4.0 it's the 3.0 and so far I absolutely love it. It's warm. It's everything I wanted and expected very well constructed. I got it on clearance for $49.95. I wanted to see the quality before I spent the money on the 4.0 and I really am glad I did if the 4.0 is better than the 3.0 I'll really be impressed with a fantastic product.
