I’ve been a loyal customer, spending over $1,000 AUD since December 2025, and usually love their clothes. I recently bought the Frequent Denim Shirt in Ecru and needed a different size, but they don’t do exchanges to New Zealand. To get the right size, I would have had to pay $75 in shipping ($25 original + $25 return + $25 new order), and my follow-ups went unanswered. The clothes are great, but the costly, confusing exchange process and unresponsive service have really put me off making future orders, even though I still have items sitting in my cart.
