I wrote a bad review initially - it looked from their website as if prices were being hiked up during a sale. I went back and forth with their customer service team and eventually, with video evidence from me, they figured out an issue with the AUD/NZD conversion. They agreed to refund me what the difference would have been, had the glitch not happened which was approximately $50NZD. I was satisfied with the customer service on that front - they were quick, responsive, and it was revolved. As for the clothes, they arrived really quickly. I bought 5 items and was really happy with 4/5. A top I bought was sized really strangely - I can't return it as international orders only qualify for returns (not exchanges) and only qualify if full priced (this was on a Black Friday sale).I also think for the price point, you should be able to return/exchange anything which is not final sale. This seems kind of unreasonable when other maternity brands allow it. Overall, nice enough clothes and I would buy there again. I would consider the sizing properly though, and think about the returns which are tricky.
