I appreciate that Bag Borrow & Steal uses UPS as their courier because other delivery services leave the packages unattended in unsafe places, as a result they are not received. Its nice to have peace of mind in knowing that I will receive my packages in a timely manner and safely...especially in the gifting season. I hope they continue, because I have stopped shopping with companies that choose other unreliable delivery companies.
