I understand that pre-borrowed bags will naturally have some wear and tear, but I would prefer to see photos of the exact bag being sold/borrowed. That way, I can clearly evaluate the condition and know what signs of use to expect before making my selection.

I sent in a brand-new Valentino belt bag that had tags and was told that they would pay out $250. Even though that was a low-ball offer, I figured I would just take the cash for an item that I wasn't using. It took them over a week to basically tell me that the item was rejected. They didn't even give a reason for it! Now they are shipping it back and it requires a signature. The only thing that they are providing me with is a $10 coupon for their website! This seems like a scam and a huge waste of time. I am just hoping I actually get my real item back.
