Was in Milan, went north for a night, then headed to Rome. Communication was GREAT, all questions were answered in a timely manner. There response time was better then mine, communicating from the US. Day of pick-up, driver was on time, we didn't have to delay leaving for a scheduled event. Luggage was delivered to Hotel before we arrived. Saved us from having to carry anything on the train, other then backpack.
