We were in Italy for 2 weeks and decided to take a quick trip to Paris for a night. Baggysitter was there to help!! Theybarrived at our hotel in Milan and picked up our bags and 2 days later the bags arrived about hotel in Rome. Not having to worry about taking our luggage while traveling for just a night was a great relief. Very pleased with the service, the price and the customer service. Highly recommend
Was in Milan, went north for a night, then headed to Rome. Communication was GREAT, all questions were answered in a timely manner. There response time was better then mine, communicating from the US. Day of pick-up, driver was on time, we didn't have to delay leaving for a scheduled event. Luggage was delivered to Hotel before we arrived. Saved us from having to carry anything on the train, other then backpack.

I chose this company as I needed a transfer bag service that would service different areas in Italy. The process was super easy and I felt that my bags were always safe. The bags arrived when they said they would, all my belongings were kept safe and the process was super easy. Communication was prompt and customer service was great. The price was a bit on the higher end but definitely well worth it, they also wrapped my luggage’s in plastic so they wouldn’t get scratched/ damaged which I thought was excellent of them to think of that. I would highly recommend them.
When people talk about Italy, they often imagine beautiful and charming cities , sceneries , their foods — however also worry about theft and various risks. Apart from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, one of the wonders of the medieval world, I discovered something that I now consider a true modern marvel of Italy: Baggysitter.At first, I didn’t expect much and honestly felt a bit anxious. But once I dropped off my luggage at their storage room and all the process began smoothly , duly till the arrival of my luggage to the hotel ( also a big thanks to luggage service at Nhow hotel ), all of that anxiety changed. I immediately felt a sense of safety, confidence, and convenience from using their service.What impressed me the most was their excellent post-service follow-up, which gave me peace of mind and greatly reduced my travel worries. Baggysitter truly enhanced our experience in Italy and made our travel plans so much smoother and more enjoyable.I honestly can’t think of a single downside. Can’t ask for a better service. I originally needed to get bags sent from Malpensa to Milano Centrale due to having 9 hours between the arrival flight and train departure time. I ended up needing to ship some luggage from Malpensa to Poland, so I asked the company via WhatsApp and they were happy to research options and accommodated my request. Frankly, I was a bit nervous dropping things off at the airport locker, but I quickly felt relieved seeing a baggysitter poster on the wall inside the drop-off area. The person at the desk asked for my order number and printed out tags for me. Then my bags later got packed in a sturdy box and delivered via DHL promptly. I recommend the service if you’re looking to move around Milan or ship something within Europe. So worth it to have what you need at the destination without having to haul so much stuff around with you.
I am currently outside of Milan unable to move my personal belongings, and Baggysitter managed to help with it within one day, smoothly, without any problems. Helped me so much for a moderate price, would definitely turn to them for help again
